摘　　要：设计了加工过程质量信息管理系统的体系结构,并采用IDEF0图方法将系统的功能活动逐层分解。在系统的设计过程中,为保证数据的一致性、完整性以及消除数据冗余,进行了数据库概念设计,采用IDEF1x方法建立系统的信息模型,并在此基础之上进行了数据库结构设计。A top-down architectural structure is proposed to show the filter process of the quality information of the machining process.Then a graphical tool,IDEF0,is used to identify the functional architecture of the system,which show how the functional activities of the system are decomposed.In order to guarantee data consistency and completeness and reduce dada redundancy,a semantic data model is constructed using IDEF1x methodology and sequentially the database structure is build.
