摘　　要：2011年4月12日,中国公路学会养护与管理分会在北京召开了＂沥青路面材料拌和新技术及厂拌热再生新工艺应用发展研讨会＂。会议由《建设机械技术与管理》杂志社协办、中交西安筑路机械有限公司具体承办。On April 12,2011,Chinese Highway Institute Maintenance and Management Branch held 'Seminar on Application and Development of New Mixing Technology of Asphalt Pavement Material and New Hotmixed Recycling Technology' in Beijing,which was co-sponsored by the periodical 'Construction Machinery Technology and Management' and sponsored by China Construction Group Xi'an Road Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd.Over 80 guests attended the seminar,including officials from related governmental departments,renowned experts from industry associations,research institutions and universities,representatives from construction enterprises and industry media journalists.The seminar focused on road construction and application of maintenance practices and the theme of 'low-carbon,energy e ciency and emission reduction' on domestic road construction and maintenance,so as to promote new technologies and processes and discuss new development of double-drum continuous asphalt mixing facilities technology and hot-mixed asphalt pavement recycling technology.
