杜仲组织培养中杜仲胶的提取与检测研究

摘　　要：用苯浸提—甲醇沉淀法, 从杜仲愈伤组织干粉中提取杜仲胶。杜仲胶的平均得率为2.45% 。比较了不同浸提时间和不同浸提温度对胶产量的影响。24～28h 是最适宜的浸提时间,28～35℃最适宜于胶的提取。经红外光谱和紫外光谱检测,证明愈伤组织中的杜仲胶与原植株中的相同。Gutta was extracted from the callus powder of Eucommia ulmoides by a method of benzene-soaking and methanol-precipitating.The average harvest rate of the gutta was 2.45%.The effect of different soaking time and different soaking temperature on the yield of gutta was compared.24～48 hours were the most suitable to soaking and soaking at 28～35℃was advantageous to the extraction of gutta.Detection by infrared detector and ultraviolet detector indicated that the gutta in the callus was structurally the same as that in the original plant.
