摘　　要：金融危机影响下的高校毕业生就业面临新的形势,对大学生就业工作提出了新的挑战,同样也有促成就业工作转型提升的新契机。在分析了当前的新形势对就业工作的影响后,阐述了毕业生就业的现状,从而提出只有加快推进就业工作的转型提升,使就业工作在激烈的人才竞争中取得先机,才能破解毕业生就业中的诸多难题。The employment of college students is facing new situation owing to the influence of financial crisis, which challenges the work of college students employment and provides a new occasion to transform the work of college students employment. The writer analyzes the present situation of the employment of college students and proposes some measures to promote employment work.
