摘  要:在从小麦种子体细胞诱导产生愈伤组织的组培试验中,以 M S培养基配方为基础,适当减少 N 素含量和氨基酸含量成为 M S P培养基,小麦种子经1 个月的低温(4℃) 处理, 接种时种子的腹沟朝上, 在有光照条件下 (12h 光照/d), 多数小麦材料产生的胚性愈伤组织诱导率可显著提高,最高达866% 。具有 A A B B D D染色体组型的小麦愈伤组织诱导率比具有 A A B B染色体组型的小麦高。The results of the experiments showed that the ratio of callus induction from seed somatic cell in wheat could be increased through the changes of some factors which influence the callus induction. The methods of MSP medium instead of MS medium,low temperature (4℃ )treatment of seed for about one month,putting the seed groove flank towards the medium while laying seeds on the medium could respectively or/and collaboratively increase ratios and quality of callus induction significantly in most of the experimental wheat lines or varieties. And also during induction tissue culture lightening within the intensity of 20 6+2 0 μmol photons m 2 s 1 could improve quality of callus. Under our most proper experiment conditions, the lines with chromosomal pattern AABBDD generally had higher ratios of callus induction than the lines with chromosomal pattern AABB had.
