小麦纹枯病生防益菌菌株对小麦的促生性

摘　　要：以平板测定对小麦纹枯病菌有明显拮抗作用的５ 个芽孢杆菌菌株 （ Ｗ１２２， Ｗ１４１， Ｃ Ｂ１， Ｗ４４５， Ｔ０）， 分别按液培和土培麦苗的方式测定其对麦苗的促生性。以对小麦有明显促生效应的菌株 Ｗ２６ 作标准对照， 以清水 （ Ｃ Ｋ） 作空白对照。结果表明， 小麦液培时， 各菌株促生效应各指标的综合评价顺序为 Ｗ１２２＞ Ｃ Ｂ１＞ Ｗ１４１ ＞ Ｗ２６ ＞ Ｗ４４５＞ Ｔ０＞ Ｃ Ｋ； 小麦土培时， 各菌株促生效应各指标的综合评价顺序为 Ｗ２６＞ Ｗ１２２＞ Ｗ４４５＞ Ｗ１４１＞ Ｃ Ｋ＞ Ｔ０。Five strains of Bacillus spp.(designated as W 122 , W 141 ,CB 1,W 445 and T 0),Which have obvious antagonism against the pathogen of wheat sheath blight( Rhizoctonia cerealis )in plate culture,were assessed for their growgh promoting effects on wheat seedling by the ways of hydroponics and soil culture,respctively.W 2 6 ,having significant growth promoting effect on wheat was served as standard control,and plain water as blank check.The results indicated that the synthetic assessment for the growth promoting indexes was W 122 >CB 1>W 141 >W 2 6 >W 445 >T 0>CK when wheat was cultured in hydroponics.The rank was W 2 6 >W 122 >W 445 >W 141 >T 0>CK when wheat was cultured in hydroponics,The rank was w 2 6 >W 122 >W 445 >W 141 >CK>T 0 when wheat was cultured in soil.
