摘 要:比较杉木与峦大杉、秃杉与台湾杉幼材组织主要结构的数量及各自间的比值, 探索其种间和种内的关系. 从早、晚材管胞长度、径向宽、壁厚及腔径等比值以及各自纹孔的数量、纹孔口/纹孔缘的比较结果均表明:台湾杉与秃杉间的差幅,仅相当于峦大杉和杉木间差幅的1/10~1/2, 其中纹孔密度的差幅则约1/30. 轴向薄壁组织和射线, 在台湾杉和秃杉中的分布、密度等数量组成也甚为接近,其细胞长度差幅分别为±10、±4μm , 而在峦大杉和杉木中则分别相差50、28μm , 因此,In order to seek the relationship of interspecies and intraspecies between C lanceolata and C konicahii,T flousiana and T cryptomeriodes,their young timber's quantities of main structure and the ration were compared.The results showed that the difference between C lanceolata and C konicahii was 1/10~1/2 of those between T flousiana and T cryptomeriodes,and the density of pit was only 1/30.The distribution and the density of axial parenchyma and the ray in the C lanceolata and C koniahii timber were same,and the difference in cell length was only ±10μm and ±4μm,respectively.However,those difference between the T flousiana and T cryptomeriodes timbers was up to ±50μm and ±28μm.So,it should be proper to think that C lanceolata and C konicahiiwas the same tree species that had the ecological difference for the different seed source.
