摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT检查在动脉硬化症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析24例临床诊断为动脉硬化症者的多层螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描资料,将所有的CT图像容积数据导入CT 3D工作站,用软件MPR、MIP、VRT、CT-VE进行图像后处理,并就病变血管各种CT改变进行分析和记录。结果 24例中均有血管壁钙化共78处,均有血管内壁不规则及增厚,血管狭窄21例。动脉硬化斑块15例48处。结论多层螺旋CT是诊断动脉硬化症的一种有效方法,其优势在于检查快速和无创伤性。Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing arteriosclerosis. Methods the manifestations of the MSCT in 24 cases arteriosclerosis which were confirmed by clinical findings were analyzed retrospectively, all the imaging and volume dates were inserted into CT 3D stations, images post process were performed by Muhiplanar reconstructions （MPR）,Maximum intensity projection （MIP）,volume reconstruction technique （VRT） and computed tomography virtual endoscopy （CT-VE） software, various lesions manifestations of MSCT of vessel were analyzed and recorded. Results Among 24 cases, there were 24 cases of 78 lesions with calcifications, 24 cases with irregular inside wall and thicken of vessels;21 cases with blood vessel stenosis; 15 cases of 48 lesions with atheromatous spot mass. conclusions the multi-slice CT was a valid method to diagnose arteriosclerosises, which was very rapid and noninvasive.
