摘 要:硼是高性能吸气式的固体火箭冲压发动机和冲压发动机瞩目追求的燃料,80年代常规固体火箭动力方面对硼燃料也表现了浓厚的兴趣.本文一般介绍了国内外有关硼粉用作推进剂燃料组分的研究,指出了在推进剂中使用硼作主燃组分,必须解决工业硼粉与推进剂粘合体系的相容性问题、推进剂配方的工艺性问题及硼的燃烧效率问题.而把燃烧效率能提到实用允许的限度,不仅需要对推进剂配方的周密设计,并且更重要的,还需对发动机的合理组织燃烧、优化燃烧参数等做精心的设计.Boron is a kind of fuel obstinately searched for high-performance air-breathing solid rocket/ramjet engine and ramjet engine.Since 1980's a great interest in boron fuel has been taken in conventional solid rocket propulsion.In this paper the worldwide investigation on boron used as a component of prope-llant is described.It is pointed out that to use boron as a main component of propellant, we should solve the problems such as the consistence of commertial boron powder with adhesive of propellant, the composition technology of propellant, the combustion efficiency of boron and so on.To Improve the combustion efficiency up to a practically acceptable level, not only propellant composition but also,more importantly, proper organization of combustion in engines and optimization of combustion parameters are needed to design well-conceivedly.
