摘　　要：3G时代的到来为移动增值业务提供了广阔的发展空间,移动位置服务以其移动性、实用性、随时性和个性化的特点,成为最具发展潜力的移动增值业务之一。本文从国内外移动位置服务应用模式及发展历程出发,对位置服务的应用特点、产业发展趋势以及发展中的若干问题进行分析,给出针对国内电信运营商位置服务业务的发展建议。The third Generation mobile communication technology provides a broader development space for mobile valueadded services.With its characteristic of mobility usability at any time and personalized features,location-based services（LBS） is to become one of the most potential mobile value-added services .Analyzing the application characteristics and the industry development trend of LBS from the domestic and foreign location service application mode and development,this paper gives some development proposals of location services business to the domestic telecom operators.
