摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展,城市化进程的加快以及人口的增加,使稀缺的土地变得更为重要。如何管理好农村集体建设用地,让农村集体建设用地走进市场,对当今中国意义重大。集体建设用地资本化运作,将成为发展农村经济强有力的手段。As China＇s economic development,the acceleration of urbanization and population increasing make the scarce land more important.How to manage the rural collective construction land and take rural collective construction land to enter the market in China is of great significance in today.Capital operation of collective construction land will become a powerful means of developing the rural economy.
