摘　　要：目的探讨口服硫酸镁联合结肠透析机清洁肠道的效果。方法将97例肠道手术患者按入院时间先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组57例采用口服硫酸镁加结肠灌注透析机清洁肠道,对照组40例采用结肠灌注透析机清洁灌肠,对2组患者肠道清洁有效率、肠道舒适度、时间及用水量百分比进行比较。结果观察组术前清洁灌肠患者的肠道清洁度、肠道舒适度、时间、用水量较对照组有优势。结论口服硫酸镁加结肠灌注透析机灌肠法是一种安全、有效,痛苦小,易被患者接受的肠道准备方法。Objective To discuss the effect of cleaning enema with oral magnesium sulfate and colon dialyser.Method 97 patients were divided randomly in the observation group（n=57） and the control group（n=40） according to admission date.Colon was cleaned with oral magnesium sulfate and colon dialyser in the observation group,but with colon dialyser in the control group.Degree of intestinal tract cleaned、intestinal tract comfortable degree,time of intestinal tract cleaned,water amount used in cleaning intestinal tract were compared between two groups.Result Degree of intestinal tract cleaned,intestinal tract comfortable degree,time of intestinal tract cleaned,water amount used in cleaning intestinal tract were better in observation group than those in control group.Conclusion Cleaning enema with oral magnesium sulfate and colon dialyser was a safe,effective,little painful method,which was susceptible to the bowel preparation
