摘　　要：英国著名导演伊恩.索夫特雷执导的电影《鸽翼》(1997),改编自亨利.詹姆斯的同名小说,借助电影叙事的语言形态和视觉艺术特有的表现手法,将原著中晦涩含混的叙事、繁琐冗长的对白转化成可见的视觉镜头,把文字的传承与影像的变化成功地结合起来,飨观众以视觉盛宴,从而展现人心之微妙,人性之复杂。Directed by Iain Softley in 1997 and adapted from Henry James＇s 1902 namesake, the movie The Wings of the Dove employs both film narrative theory and visual art methods to visualize the literary ambiguity and insecurity of Henry James＇s fiction. They are so successfully combined that they bestow the audience a visual banquet, helping to experience the subtlety of human hearts and the complexity of human nature.
