摘  要:提出采用两个光相位调制器组成一个电-光偏振调制器实现双信道偏振位移键控(PolSK)光通信系统方案,并进行了仿真验证。分析了系统的工作原理,给出了关键点的信号的琼斯矢量和星座图,并通过系统仿真计算出了偏振接收、解复用后的双信道数据信号的时间波形。该系统在发射机端,采用平行相位调制方式实现了双信道数据的复用,在接收机端,采用直接偏振接收检测方式实现了PolSK信号的解复用。仿真结果表明:该系统具有很好的双信道数据的偏振复用和解复用性能,能够同时传输两组相同码率或不相同码率以及不同时钟的数据信号。与其他类型PolSK光通信系统相比,接收光信噪比提高了1 dB。A dual-channel polarization shift-keying(PolSK) optical communication system with two optic phase modulators as the electric-optic polarization modulator was proposed.The system feasibility was verified by simulation.The operation principle of the proposed system was analyzed base on the Jones matrix method.The constellation of PolSK signal at each key point was provided.The signal waveforms after polarization demodulating in the receiver were calculated.In the transmitter of the system,the parallel phase modulation was employed to multiplex the data from dual channels.In the receiver,a direct polarization-detection was adopted to achieve the de-multiplexing of the received PolSK signals.Simulated results show that the proposed system performs well in polarization multiplexing and de-multiplexing of dual-channel data.This system is capable of transmitting two individual data streams with different bit rates and clocks.Compared with the other types of PolSK communication system,the proposed system has a 1 dB enhancement in OSNR.
