女性泌尿生殖道支原体属的检测及药敏分析

摘　　要：目的分析医院妇科中心门诊及住院女性患者支原体属感染率及对抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床治疗提供实验室依据及指导临床合理用药。方法对522例女性泌尿生殖道感染患者采用液体培养法进行解脲脲支原体(Uu)和人支原体(Mh)培养、鉴定和药敏试验。结果在522例标本中支原体属感染阳性率为48.3%,其中Uu阳性率为36.6%,Uu合并Mh阳性率为11.3%,Mh阳性率为0.4%;支原体属对交沙霉素、米诺环素、多西环素耐药率较低,对四环素、红霉素、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星耐药率较高;Uu合并Mh混合感染的患者耐药率明显高于单纯Uu感染患者。结论支原体属是女性泌尿生殖道感染的重要病原菌,已出现多药耐药菌株,及时有效的药物敏感性试验,对于掌握支原体属的流行状况和耐药程度有重要意义,为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供重要依据。OBJECTIVE To provide experimental basis for clinic treatment and guide proper application of medicine in clinic by analysing the mycoplasma infection and the drug-resistance to antibiotics in female patients in the clinic of gynaecology center and in-patient department.METHODS With broth method,to cultivate,identify and had a drug sensitivity test on Ureaplasma urealyticum（Uu） and Mycoplasma hominis（Mh） in the 522 female patients who had urogenital tract infection.RESULTS In the 522 samples,the positive rate of Mycoplasma infection was 48.3%,of which the Uu was 36.6%,the Uu with Mh is 11.3% and the Mh only is 0.4%.To josamycine,minocycline and doxycycline,the drug resistance rates of Mycoplasma was lower,but to tetracycline,erythromycin,ofloxacin and norfloxacin those was higher.There was a obviously higher drug resistance rate in patients with Uu and Mh mixed infection than those with Uu infection only.CONCLUSION Mycoplasma,which has had multi-drug resistant strains,is a kind of important pathogenic bacteria in the female urogenital tract infection.Therefore timely and effective drug sensitivity tests not only have great significance to grasping the prevalence and drug resistance degree of mycoplasma,but also provide significant basis for properly chosing clinical antibiotics.
