空调铝箔翅片成型过程缺陷简析

摘　　要：在实际生产中发现,空调铝箔翅片在成型过程中容易产生的缺陷有冲制开裂、叠片和花片、倒片等。从铝箔材料方面阐述了与这些缺陷有关的因素:箔材的铝合金牌号和状态,铝箔板形、厚度、表面粗糙度、涂层性能等。from the actual production,we find that the defects（such as： punch cracking,lamination sheet,scratch sheet,and rewind sheet,etc.） are easily produced during the aluminum foil fin are forming.This article describes the factors related with these defectors from the aluminum foil materials.The factors are the aluminum alloy brand and state of the foil,aluminum foil shape,thickness,the roughness on the surface,and painting performance,etc.
