摘　　要：清华大学是国内以工科为主的科研性高等院校的代表,"以任务带学科"是学校科研提高与发展的重要途径。清华大学微电子学研究所,作为清华大学拥有生产能力的两大单位之一,教学、科研与生产的结合是研究所的特色之处。通过对原清华大学微电子学研究所副所长杨之廉教授的访谈,揭示出清华大学微电子学研究所在不同历史时期,教学、科研与生产的结合情况,从中看出中国高校的研究所在发展过程中遇到的特殊困难,并从中总结出中国高校的研究机构如何走出中国特色的发展之路。Tsinghua University is the representative of scientific research universities with engineering as their major,＂Let task guide subject＂is the important method to improve and develop the scientific research,so industry-university-research cooperation is a key way for the development of the school.Institute of Microelectronics of Tsinghua University is as one of the two units which own production capacity in Tsinghua University,the combination of education,research and production is the unique feature of the institute.The combination of education,research and production of institute of microelectronics of Tsinghua University in different historical periods is revealed by interview with professor Yang Zhilian who is the former deputy of the institute,it can be seen that the special difficulties which institutes of Chinese universities meet in the development process.The way how the institutes develop along the Chinese characteristics is discussed.
