利用自动化技术提高双机架可逆冷轧机产能的实践

摘　　要：分析济南钢铁股份有限公司冷轧板厂双机架可逆冷轧机工艺、设备特点和满足工艺、设备及操作要求的控制系统构成,在此基础上结合实际运行经验,对影响双机架可逆冷轧机产能进一步提高的各种因素进行分析,利用自动化技术,通过优化控制系统,缩短轧制准备时间、穿带准备时间和轧制时间,提高机组产能。在实际运行中收到了较好效果。The technology and equipment characteristic of the double stand reversing cold rolling mill in Jinan Iron Steel Group Co.are analyzed.The structure and main functions of the cold rolling mill＇s control system are also introduced in detail.Based on these analysis and combination with practical operation experience,the rolling mill＇s capacity has been improved through optimizing some key factors of the control system,i.e.,decreasing the rolling preparing time,threading time,and the rolling time.
