摘　　要：目前中国是吸引外国直接投资的大国,外资对中国的经济产生了较大的影响。通过对1997~2008年的相关数据进行回归分析,发现FD I对中国高技术产业有较大的技术溢出效应,人力资源在吸收外国技术方面也发挥了重要作用。中国高技术产业在吸引外国直接投资的同时,要注意自我创新,发展产业集群。At present,China is a large country to attract FDI which have had great influence on economy in China.This paper conducts regression analysis with the relative data from 1997 to 2008,and it finds that FDI have large technology spillover effect on high-tech industry in China and human resources also plays an important role in absorbing foreign technology.It should be paid attention to that high-tech industry in China should attach emphasis on self-innovation and develop industry cluster when attracting FDI.
