摘　　要：针对中药质量生物评价与控制中面临的重要技术问题——工作参照物的选择与标化,以黄连质量生物评价控制为例,从基原鉴定、常规检查、化学组分分析和生物测定等角度对其工作参照物(道地药材提取物)的研制过程进行阐释,凝炼共性技术,形成具有普适性的中药质量生物评价与控制用工作参照物的选择与标化流程,以期为构建基于道地药材和生物测定的中药质量控制模式与方法提供技术参考。Selection and standardization of the work reference are the technical issues to be faced with in the bioassay of Chinese materia medica.Taking the bioassay of Coptis chinensis.as an example,the manufacture process of the famous-region drugs extraction was explained from the aspects of original identification,routine examination,component analysis and bioassay.The common technologies were extracted,and the selection and standardization procedures of the work reference for the bioassay of Chinese materia medica were drawn up,so as to provide technical support for constructing a new mode and method of the quality control of Chinese materia medica based on the famous-region drugs and bioassay.
