摘 要:试验研究了脱油温度、含油率、水相酸碱度和水相矿化度对O/W型乳化液脱油率影响的规律。结果表明,微波处理后静置50 min,脱油温度为43.4~89.9℃,脱油率从6.4%增至14.3%;含油率从5%到30%,脱油率从20.1%降至5.9%;用HCl调节水相pH为3.17时,脱油率达到极大值22.1%;用NaOH调节水相pH为11.49时,脱油率达到极大值15.1%;用NaCl调节水相矿化度为3.162 g.L-1时,脱油率达到极大值26.5%。试验结果可为利用微波技术处理含油污水乳化液提供参考。The influence ofdeoiling temperature, oil content, pH and salinity of aqueous phase on deoiling rate of emulsion had been studied by experiment. The results indicated that deoiling rate increased from 6.4% to 14.3% with deoiling temperature changing from 43.4 ~C to 89.9 ~C, and decreased from 20.1% to 5.9% with oil content changing from 5% to 30%, when emulsion was set aside for 50 min after microwave processes. Deoiling rate reached maximum 22.1% when pH of aqueous phase was 3.17 regulated by HC1. Deoiling rate reached maximum 15.1% when pH value of aqueous phase was 11.49 regulated by NaOH. Deoiling rate reached maximum 26.5% when salinity of aqueous phase was 3.162 g· L-1 regulated by NaCI. The experimental results provided valuable reference to treatment of oily wastewater emulsion using microwave technology.
