废纸造纸废水零排放技术改造示范工程研究

摘　　要：介绍了某纸业公司作为废纸造纸废水零排放技术改造示范工程的运行情况。采用甲壳素类改性物制备成的高效复合型混凝剂壳聚糖作为混凝剂,并联运行初沉池,扩建生化池1座。改造后系统对BOD5、COD、SS、SO42-、全盐量和电导率去除率分别为86.16%、88.77%、99.34%、41.38%、28.17%和17.48%,再生水出水水质可满足废纸造纸回用水要求,实现了废水的零排放,同时生产纸的耗水量由17下降为1.5 m3.t-1,节约了运营成本,具有良好的技术经济优势和推广价值。The operation that as the technical transformation of waste paper effluent zero discharge demonstration in the city of Jiangyin New Paper Co.,Ltd.was introduced.Making use of chitin efficient modifier compound was prepared chitosan as the coagulant coagulant,and operating the primary sedimentation tank,at the same time increasing a biological pool.After the whole process,BOD5,COD,SS,SO42-,salinity and conductivity of the removal rate was 86.16%,88.77%,99.34%,41.38%,28.17% and 17.48%,the quality of recycled waste water can meet the paper back to water requirements,and achieve zero discharge of wastewater.while tons of paper consumed by the 17 m3·t-1,down to 1.5 m3·t-1,the cost of operating was saved,with good technical and economic advantages and promoting value.
