摘 要:为更深入了解福寿螺暴发的生态学机制,研究了温度(白天30℃、夜晚28℃)、相对湿度为70%~80%的条件下福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata)实验种群的繁殖情况,组建了相应的生殖力生命表,并计算了种群动态的相关参数。结果表明,在排除外界作用因子的条件下,福寿螺实验种群的内禀增长率(rm)为0.0617,周限增长率(λ)为1.0566,净增殖率(R0)237.5302,世代平均历期(T)为99.4190d,种群倍增的时间(t)为12.5975d。在种群的理论年龄组配中,未成熟期(卵、幼螺)占84.6739%,成熟期(成螺)占15.3261%。研究结果对组建福寿螺种群增长的数学模型以及预测种群的发展趋势等具有重要意义。To investigate the outbreak mechanism of Pomacea canaliculata(Lamarck),the reproduction life table of Pomacea canaliculata(Lamarck) was constructed and parameters affecting experimental population dynamics were calculated based on laboratory observation of reproductive process at a certain temperature(30℃ during the day and 28℃ at the night) and a relative humidity of about 70% to 80%.The results showed that without any interference in the environment,intrinsic rate increase(rm) of experimental population of Pomacea canaliculata(Lamarck) was 0.0617,and the finite rate of increase(λ) was 1.0566,while net reproductive rate was 237.5302,and mean period of a generation was 99.4190 days.The doubling increase time was 12.5975 days.In stable age distribution of experimental population,the immature period(including immature snails and eggs) occupied 84.6739% and the mature period(adult snails) occupied 15.3261%.The results have substantial significance to construct dynamic growth models of Pomacea canaliculata(Lamarck) and predict its developmental tendency.
