摘 要:论述了耗散结构与有序度的关系,指出在产品数字化系统中,存在与系统结构有序性密切相关的信息时效熵和信息准确熵,可以用其来衡量系统结构序的有序程度,从而成为评价产品数字化系统结构序的两种重要的序参量。给出了信息时效熵、信息准确熵、系统结构有序度的计算方法以及产品数字化系统的结构有序度计算模型。引入面向模型设计模式的新型产品数字化设计系统和传统模式的产品数字化系统分别完成金属薄板冲压模具设计实例,对两种系统的结构有序度进行了计算分析,验证了系统结构有序度计算模型的正确性,为基于耗散结构理论定量研究产品数字化系统的演化特性提供了理论借鉴。The relationship between dissipative structure and order degree was discussed,information aging entropy and information accuracy entropy were proposed,which can be used to measure order degree of system structural order and was related closely to orderliness of system structure in a product digital system.Sequentially,information aging entropy and information accuracy entropy became important order parameters which evaluated orderliness of system structure of the product digital system.The calculation methods of information aging entropy and information accuracy entropy and system structure order degree were proposed and the calculation model of structural order degree of product digital system was given.A design example of stamping tool of sheet metal was completed respectively by introducing new product digital system of model-oriented design pattern and product digital system of traditional patterns,both system structure order degrees were computed and analyzed and the validity of calculation model of structural order degree was verified,which provides the theoretical lesson for quantitatively research evolution feature of digital system products based on dissipative structure theory.
