摘 要:提出一种用于测量柔性抛光工具与被加工工件之间接触区应力分布的方法。该方法通过柔性橡胶球头与工件试样之间的振动接触提升接触区温度,借助红外测温技术获得接触区温度分布,从而得到接触区的应力分布。基于热弹性效应和Hertz接触理论,推导出试样材料特性、接触区应力分布和接触区温度变化三者间的关系,并以旋转体橡胶球头和刚性平面试样接触为例进行了试验验证。研究结果表明:在接触区内,温度与应力变化均呈"M"形分布,其中温度变化与主应力正相关,同时还与热扩散系数、热膨胀系数以及热导率等材料特性相关。A measuring method for contact area stress distributions measurement between rubber indenter and rigid surface was proposed.The temperature of contact area was changed by vibration contact,and temperature distribution was obtained with the aid of infrared temperature-measurement.Based on Hertz contact theory and thermoelastic effect,the relationship among the material properties,contact stress distribution and the temperature change was established,and it was validated by taking the contact area between rotator rubber indenter and rigid flat surface as an example.The results show that the temperature and the stress lines change as the "M" in the contact area.The temperature has a positive correlation with the stress.Meanwhile,it is correlated with the raw material properties,such as the thermal diffusion coefficient,thermal diffusivity and coefficient of thermal conductivity.
