摘 要:低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)火焰喷涂层力学性能差,与基材结合力差,为此,在LDPE粉末中添加n-SiO2制得了LDPE/n-SiO2复合涂层。利用转矩流变仪、熔体流动速率仪考察了n-SiO2含量对LDPE粉末流变行为的影响;利用电子拉力机、红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外老化箱等对涂层的结构与力学性能进行了测试分析。结果表明:LDPE粉末,LDPE/n-SiO2复合粉末在火焰喷涂过程中均没有发生氧化或降解反应,表明火焰喷涂法适宜于制备LDPE涂层及LDPE/n-SiO2复合涂层;n-SiO2的加入使复合材料的熔体黏度增加;涂层力学及耐老化性能明显提高;当n-SiO2添加量(质量分数)为2.0%左右时,复合涂层综合性能最佳。Low-density polyethylene(LDPE) and nano-silica(n-SiO2) composite coatings were prepared by flame spraying process.The effect of the dosage of n-SiO2 on the rheological behavior of LDPE powder was investigated using a torque rheometer and melt flow rate apparatus.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the coatings were analyzed using an electronic tensile machine,an infrared spectrometer(FTIR),an X-ray diffractometer and an ultraviolet aging chamber.It was found that no oxidation or degradation reaction took place during the flame spraying process of LDPE powder and LDPE/n-SiO2 composite powder.This indicated that flame spraying could be well adopted to prepare LDPE coating and LDPE/n-SiO2 composite coatings.n-SiO2 was able to increase the viscosity of molten LDPE/n-SiO2 and significantly improve mechanical and anti-aging properties of the composite coatings.The composite coatings containing 2.0% n-SiO2(mass fraction) possessed the best comprehensive properties.
