摘 要:碳钢渗锌后耐蚀性提高。采用固体粉末包埋对20碳钢进行热扩散粉末渗锌,测试了渗锌层的硬度、形貌、成分及其在20,40,60℃天然海水中的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:碳钢渗锌层的硬度在313.7~347.5HV,厚度在77.1~81.2μm,属于第4等级;渗锌层与碳钢基体结合紧密;随渗锌层厚度增加,Fe含量逐渐降低,Zn含量先升高后降低;渗锌碳钢在20,40,60℃天然海水中的腐蚀过程主要受阴极氧扩散控制,在60℃海水中表面腐蚀产物的形成有利于减缓其均匀腐蚀速率。Solid powder embedding method was used to make thermal diffusion sherardizing coating on 20 carbon steel.The hardness,morphology and composition of as-obtained sherardized coating were measured,and its electrochemical corrosion behavior in seawater of 20,40,60 ℃ was evaluated.Results show that as-obtained sherardized coating possesses a hardness of 313.7~347.5 HV and thickness of 77.1~81.2 μm.The sherardized coating had good adhesion to carbon steel substrate.The Fe content of the coating gradually decreased with increasing thickness,and its Zn content initially rose but then declined therewith.Besides,the corrosion of the sherardized carbon steel in seawater was dominated by oxygen diffusion at cathode.Corrosion products formed on the surface of the sherardized carbon steel in seawater of 60 ℃ resulted in reduced corrosion rate.
