摘　　要：提出了一种图像矢量量化的无损索引编码算法.该算法通过利用索引域中的相关性,对矢量量化器输出的索引图进行有效的编码,并且不引入额外的编码失真.该算法是在经典算法SOC(Search-Order Coding)基础上的改进,实验结果表明,与经典SOC算法相比,文中算法实现了更好的压缩性能,且在码书越大的情况下,性能提升越为明显.This paper presents a lossless index coding algorithm.The algorithm uses the correlation in the index domain of the index map for effective coding.The proposed algorithm is an improved algorithm based on the SOC（Search-Order Coding）.Experimental results show that compared with the classical SOC algorithm,the proposed algorithm has a better compression performance.And the larger codebook we use,the better improvement it achieves.
