摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国积极地参与农业国际合作,在农业科技交流、农业外资利用、农业对外投资、农产品对外贸易等领域取得了较大成就,但依然面临诸多问题。2008年10月12日,党的第十七届三中全会明确指出,要扩大农业对外开放。由此,进一步加强农业国际合作就显得尤为必要。本文的目的就在于分析当前中国进一步加强农业国际合作所面临的主要问题,并有针对性地提出相应的政策建议。Since the reform, China has participated actively and made great achievements in agricultural international cooperation in the field of technology, attracting foreign capital, investing abroad, trade etc. But China will face with some problems in agricultural international cooperation in the future. The Communist Party of China （CPC） Central Committee makes an approval on the major problems concerning enlarging the opening of agriculture on 12th October of 2008. So it is necessary to emphasize the agricultural international cooperation deeply. The aim of this paper is to analyze the current problems and give some policy suggestions.
