摘　　要：试图运用AHP和ANP两种方法对所选取OECD国家的R&D国际化水平进行综合评价,并比较两种方法对排序结果的影响。研究表明:与AHP方法相比,ANP方法得到的综合指数更能真实反映一个国家R&D国际化的整体水平,结果更加合理。This paper attempts to evaluate the R＆D internationalization of the selected countries from OECD by means of AHP and ANP, and discusses the influence of two methods on the ranking results . The results show that： compared with AHP, the composite index from ANP better reflects a country$ R＆D internationalization, and the result is more reasonable.
