摘  要:对于铜材轧制油,由于高速轧制以及对轧板表面光洁度的更高要求,铜材轧制基础油的合理选择变得尤为关键。对选用的5种铜材轧制基础油性能进行对比分析,结果表明:具有馏程窄、闪点高和芳烃含量低的加氢基础油,其润滑性能、退火性能等均满足铜材轧制基础油的要求。同时指出了在选用铜材轧制基础油时,应控制基础油的运动黏度、硫含量、闪点、馏程范围以及芳烃含量等质量指标,优选低黏度、低硫、低芳烃、高闪点及馏程窄的加氢基础油。The reasonable selection of lubrication base oil was crucial for copper rolling oil because of the high speed during rolling and the higher demand for surface smoothness.The performance characteristics of five lubrication base oils were evaluated on physical and chemical analysis.The result shows that the hydrotreated base stocks with narrow distillation range,high flash point and low aromatic hydrocarbon contents can satisfy with the performance requirement of the copper rolling lubrication base oil on the lubrication and annealing.It was pointed that the quality indicators of lubrication base oil for copper rolling should be controlled including kinematic viscosity,sulfur contents,flash point,distillation range,aromatic contents and so on,selecting the hydrotreated base stocks with low viscosity,low contents of sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbon,high flash point and narrow distillation range as lubrication base oil for copper rolling.
