摘 要:车辆制动器在工作时都是由摩擦材料与金属对偶材料相摩擦,在摩擦表面产生摩擦力的同时,在摩擦副表面之间也会产生磨损粉尘颗粒,这些粉尘对环境的污染不容忽视。介绍制动摩擦材料的组成,综述国外在机动车辆制动摩擦粉尘排放的研究现状。国外研究者已开展汽车制动摩擦粉尘对环境污染情况的研究,包括磨损颗粒的尺寸分布及形成机制,污染测试和监控的实验平台、实验方法和粉尘采样方法,制动摩擦粉尘排放中的部分重金属对生态环境的影响等。Automotive brake systems rely on the friction materials against the rotor metal to reduce the vehicle speed,the wear particles will be generated in the contact friction surfaces during braking.It is a noticeable problem about the pollution of wear particles.The compositions of friction materials were introduced,the oversea research on the brake wear particulate matter emission was reviewed.The oversea researchers have studied the influence of brake wear particulate matter emission on environment,including the composition and size distribution and forming mechanism of brake wear debris,the experimental platform and method for pollution test and control,the sampling method of wear debris,and the influence of heavy metal elements in brake wear debris on environment.
