摘　　要：本文概述了公共文化服务体系的内涵和近年来的建设现状,分析了图书馆在公共文化服务体系构建中所处的地位和作用,提出了图书馆在公共文化服务体系建设中实现创新发展的几点策略,并展开进一步的探讨。In this paper,the author summarizes the concept of public cultural service system and its current situation in recent years,analyzes the position and function of libraries on the construction of public cultural service system,and proposes several strategies to libraries on their innovation developing in the process of public cultural service system construction,on the meanwhile carries out further discussion.
