摘 要:为了降低涤纶织物的染色温度,实现节能环保染色,研究了环保载体OE在涤纶织物上的染色性能及染色工艺。结果表明:环保载体OE对涤纶纤维具有增塑作用,能有效降低涤纶的染色温度,在98℃染色时,染液中加入载体OE与不加载体相比,染色速率和上染百分率显著提高;染料用量为2%(o.w.f)时,载体OE的最佳用量为6%(o.w.f),最佳保温温度为98℃,最佳保温时间为80 min;载体染色与高温高压染色织物色牢度一致,颜色特征相似。移染实验表明,载体OE的移染性好。For decreasing dyeing temperature,realizing energy-saving and environmental-friendly dyeing of polyester fabric,the dyeing performance and process of polyester fabric with environmental friendly carrier OE were investigated.The results showed that carrier OE had plasticizing effect for polyester fibers and could effectively lower the dyeing temperature.When polyester fabrics were dyed at 98 ℃,the addition of carrier OE into dye bath could improve dyeing rate and dye uptake obviously,as compared the bath without carrier OE.The optimal carrier OE dyeing conditions are dye 2%(o.w.f),carrier OE 6%(o.w.f),dyeing at 98 ℃,and holding time for 80 min.Under these conditions,carrier dyeing could obtain color fastness and shade as good as those of high temperature and high pressure dyeing.Migration experiment showed that carrier OE had good migrating property.
