摘 要:为研究人体颈部服装压对颈动脉窦生理的影响,选取15名青年女性为实验对象,测量其穿着不同领宽的针织高领衫时的服装压值。通过台阶实验,对人体在静止—运动—静止过程中心率和血压的变化进行客观评价。研究认为:服装压与心率、血压存在相关性,各项生理指标在颈部受压超过1.2 kPa时呈明显下降趋势,运动状态受压对心血管系统造成的负面影响最为显著;不同穿着状态下,颈部受压对收缩压的影响显著于舒张压,颈部受压过大将影响人体在运动后的血压恢复。A study of effect of clothing pressure on carotid sinus physiology selected fifteen females whose clothing pressure values when wearing knitted high collar shirts with different collar widths were measured.Data of heart rate and blood pressure of each subject were collected in static-dynamic-static state by step test for objective evaluation.The results showed that clothing pressure was correlated with heart rate and blood pressure,and all physiological indicators revealed a remarkable downward trend when the pressure on human neck exceeded 1.2 kPa.Pressure on the neck had the most significant negative impact on cardiovascular system while taking exercises.Pressure on the neck showed more significant effects on systolic blood pressure than on diastolic blood pressure in different wearing states,and overpressure on the neck would affect human blood pressure recovery after exercises.
