摘 要:为研究细纱机主要结构参数对皮圈间动态正压力的影响,用UG对细纱机的牵伸系统进行三维建模,在ABAQUS中对其有限元模型进行仿真分析,得到不同上销、上销弹簧、加压弹簧、下销等结构参数下皮圈间的正压力分布。通过分析结构参数对正压力分布的影响发现:上销弹簧与加压弹簧刚度的改变对正压力大小影响较大;对于目前的A513型细纱机,其下销平台宽度略微缩减将更有利于正压力分布的合理化。仿真结果可为牵伸机构参数的改进与优化提供参考。An investigation into the effect of structural parameters of the spinning on the dynamic positive pressure between aprons used UG to develop a 3-D model of the drafting assembly of the frame and conducted a simulative analysis using ABAQUS,thus obtained the positive pressure distribution between aprons under different parameters of top pin,the spring of top apron cradle,compression spring and bottom pin.It is found through analysis that variation in the stiffness of the spring of top apron cradle and compression spring has great impact on the positive pressure.For spinning frame A513 in use,a slight reduction in the width of bottom pin will be more conducive to rationalization of the distribution of positive pressure.The simulated results of this study can be used as a reference for the improvement and optimization of the structure of drafting assembly.
