摘 要:从减小刺绣机刺布机构的振动出发,以ADAMS多体动力学仿真软件为基础,建立刺绣机刺布机构的参数化模型,此模型含有6个设计点,取其中2个关键点的4个坐标值作为设计变量,并设定设计变量的可变化范围,然后对之进行动力学仿真,求出每个设计变量对滑块加速度的灵敏度影响,从而得出灵敏度最大的2个设计变量。使用ADAMS的优化分析功能,选取滑块的最大加速度幅值为目标函数,求出这2个设计变量的优化值,这2个设计变量即作为模型的尺寸参数。优化后的设计变量使得滑块的最大加速度值降低了27.5%,从而可以有效减小机构的振动。To decrease the vibration of the needle bar mechanism,this study established a parameterized model of the mechanism using software of ADAMS,which has six design points.Among them,four coordinate values of two design points were used as design variables,whose variable range was set.Mechanical simulation of design variables was performed,and the effect of each variable on the sensitivity of slide' acceleration was figured out,the most sensitive two design variables among the four were determined.Optimization of ADAMS was used to take the magnitude of maximum value of slide' s acceleration as objective function,and the optimal values of the two design variables were calculated,and this two design variables were taken as size parameters of the model.The optimized design variables decreased the maximum value of slide's acceleration by 27.5%,thus reducing effectively the vibration of the machine.
