摘　　要：目的：正确评价国产重组人生长激素（r-hGH）对促进生长激素缺乏症（GHD）儿童身高增长作用的疗效和安全性，观察相关血清生化指标的变化。方法：选择GHD患儿9例，给予国产r－hGH0.1IU／kg·d，疗程6个月。结果：治疗后生长速度由（2．66±1．07）cm／年增至（12．62±4．32）cm／年（疗程3个月时），（12.53±3．86）cm／年（疗程6个月时）（P＜0．01）；完全性GHD疗程优于部分性GHD。结论：国产r－hGH治疗GHD近期疗效肯定，而且安全可靠。objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of China-made recombinant human growth horm-one(r-hGH) on growth hormone deficiency (GHD) in chlidren and to investigate the changes in various serum biochemical parameters. Methods:Nine children with GHD were given China-made r-hGH of 0. 1IU/kg.d for 6 months. Results:After the first 3 and 6 months of therapy the grewth veocities were significantly increased [(12.62 ±4.34) and (12.52 ±3.86)]cm/year respectively compared with the pretreatment value [(2.66 ±1 .07)cm/year, P<0.01].Conclusion:The growth stimulating effect and safety are confirmed in use of the China-made r-hGH in the treatment of GHD children for 6 months.
