摘  要:目的:研究不同加工饮片的方法对黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量的影响,改进药材加工工艺。方法:对黄芪采用改进工艺——鲜切法和传统干切法制备饮片,用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定2种饮片中黄芪甲苷含量并进行比较。结果:鲜切法所得饮片中黄芪甲苷含量为0.072%,高于传统干切法所得饮片中黄芪甲苷含量(0.046%)。结论:鲜切法优于传统干切法;该含量测定方法简便、准确,重复性好,适用于黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量的测定。OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of different processing technologies on the content of astragaloside Ⅳ in Astragali Radix,and to improve processing technology. METHODS:Astragali Radix decoction pieces were prepared using improvement technology fresh-cutting method and traditional processing. The content of astragaloside Ⅳ in 2 kinds of decoction pieces was determined by HPLC-ELSD then compared RESULTS:The content of astragaloside Ⅳ in piece by fresh-cutting method was 0.072%,which was higher than the other of 0.046%.CONCLUSION:Fresh-cutting method is better than traditional processing.The method is simple,accurate,reproducible for the content determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Astragali Radix.
