舒血宁注射液分别与5%葡萄糖注射液和果糖注射液配伍的稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:考察舒血宁注射液分别与5%葡萄糖注射液和果糖注射液配伍后,混合液放置时间与药物稳定性的关系。方法:模拟临床用药浓度,在室温(25℃)下将舒血宁注射液20mL分别与250mL5%葡萄糖、果糖注射液配伍,放置0、1.0、1.5、2.5、3.5h后考察配伍液的性状、pH值、不溶性微粒与吸光度的变化。结果:舒血宁注射液分别与5%葡萄糖注射液、果糖注射液配伍后,性状、pH值无明显变化,吸光度、不溶性微粒都存在着不同程度的变化。结论:在室温25℃时,舒血宁注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍后建议在1.5～2h内使用;果糖注射液最好单独使用。OBJECTIVE：To compare the relationship of mixture storage time with drug stability after Shuxuening injection mixed with 5% Glucose injection and Fructose injection. METHODS：At room temperature（25 ℃） ,Shuxuening injection 20 mL was mixed with 5% Glucose injection and Fructose injection 250 mL. The changes of property and pH value of mixture,insoluble particle and absorbance were observed after 0,1.0,1.5,2.5,3.5 h. RESULTS：After mixing,property and pH value of mixture had no significant change while insoluble particle and absorbance changed to some extent. CONCLUSION：At 25 ℃ Shuxuening injection can be mixed with 5% Glucose injection,which is applicable within 1.5～2 h. It is better to use Fructose injection alone.
