摘　　要：根据我国"十二五"规划建议,今后五年经济社会发展的十大任务之一是推进农业现代化,加快社会主义新农村建设。从我国的农业基础考虑,为实现以上目标必须重视农业人力资本的投入与建设,以最有效的方式加快农业建设脚步。根据我国1990年至2008年的农业总产值及农村劳动力文化状况,运用EVIEWS软件做回归与时间序列组合模型估计,得出人力资本与农业总产值之间的相应关系,指出应扩大农村成人教育范围,促进农林高校毕业生就业农村,完善农村保障制度。According to the twelfth five-year-plan,one of the ten missions during the next five-year economical development in society is to advance the agriculture modernization and accelerate the new social democracy construction in countryside.With the consideration of the agricultural basis in China,we have to pay attention to the investment and the construction of the agricultural human resources in order to expedite the pace of the agriculture construction effectively.From 1990 to 2008,based on the total agricultural product value and the education background of the human resources in countryside,this paper use the software which is called EVIEWS to make the combined mode of the regression and the time sequence.So we could conclude the relationship between human resources and the total agricultural product value and indicate that we should widen the education scope of the adults in countryside and advance the agriculture and forestry graduates to work there and consummate the insurance system.
