摘　　要：随着社会和经济的发展,在广大农村地区,对于住宅节能方面的考虑却仍处于起步阶段,有些地方甚至还是一片空白。其中很重要的原因就是适合农村住宅的节能技术的研发及其推广不够。目前正是新农村建设的高峰期,节能技术在农村住宅中的应用对于建设节约型社会具有重要的意义,虽然在我国量大面广的农村地区住宅节能技术的应用相对滞后,但是一些技术已经在农村基本建设中得到了应用。With the development of society and ecology,in most rural areas,the exploration of energy-saving buildings are still at an early stage,or even a blank.The most important reasons are that the research and promotion of energy-saving technology is not enough.Nowadays,the new rural construction are at its peak.For the construction of a conservation-oriented society,the applications of energy-saving techniques in energy residential buildings is of great significance.Though the applications of these techniques are far lagging behind,some technologies have already been used.
