摘　　要：自20世纪70年代末期以来,随着中国与东南亚国家关系的改善,有许多中国公民以各种方式移民东南亚。在东南亚的菲律宾、马来西亚、泰国和印度支那等地区,一个庞大的中国新移民群体正在逐渐兴起。这一群体所带来的影响是多方面的——在给当地华社注入新鲜血液和动力的同时,又造成了一些负面的社会问题,并且很可能对东南亚业已落地生根的华人带来巨大的、但依然未知的潜在影响,例如"再华化"。他们既可能增强中国在该地区的政治和经济影响力,又可能对中国的外交与侨务政策提出新的挑战。With the improvement of bilateral relationship between China and Southeast Asia,as well as the launching of China＇s Reform and Opening Policy since the late 1970s,a large number of Chinese citizens have emigrated to Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia,the Philippines,Thailand,Singapore and Indochina areas.The impacts of this group can be found in many fields.Firstly,it supplies new blood to the already stable local Chinese society and probably presents huge potential but still unknown influences to Chinese in this area who have been trying to inegrate into mainstream society over the past decades,that is ＂Re-sinonization＂,while it also causes some negative social issues.Secondly,as a group which is inclined to China,new Chinese migrants not only contribute to China＇s political and economic power in this region,but also probably challenge China＇s foreign policy and overseas Chinese policy.
