新型液固流化床粗煤泥分选机的应用研究

摘　　要：文章介绍了新型液固流化床粗煤泥分选机(TBS)的工作原理以及控制系统。针对中马村选煤厂生产系统存在的问题,引进了新型液固流化床粗煤泥分选机对粗煤泥进行分选。结果表明:新型液固流化床粗煤泥分选机的引进,提高了选煤厂的精煤产率,带来了巨大的经济效益。The paper introduced the working principle and control system of the new liquid-solid fluidized bed separator（TBS） of coarse slime.According to the problems existed in the production system of the Zhongmacun Coal Preparation Plant,a new liquid-solid fluidized bed separator of coarse slime was imported for the coarse slime separation.The results showed that the import of the new liquid-solid fluidized bed separator of coarse slime had improved the clean coal production of the coal preparation plant with the great economic benefit.
