摘　　要：作者从当前图书馆采访工作的现状出发,解读图书馆采访工作中存在的一些问题,分析制约采访工作的不利因素,并从质量控制、采访模式、特色馆藏、采访人员素质、分类采访等方面给出了采访工作的新策略。The authors point out the present situation of library literature acquisition, introduce the existingproblems on literature acquisition and analyze the impositive factors. Then, the authors propose some new ideas on quality control, acquisition model, special collections and librarian culture for literature acquisition.
