摘　　要：将视频监控与Internet相结合,通过浏览器进行远程监控。使用VFW软件包,通过摄像头实现对视频信号的采集、编码、存储以及视频数据的网络传输;PC机将作为Web服务器在Internet上发布实时监控信息。实现远程用户在不使用第三方插件的情况下使用浏览器实施监控。满足视频应用程序开发的需要。The video surveillance and Internet combination of remote monitor through a browser. VFW package through the camera to achieve the video signal acquisition, encoding, storage and network transmission of video data; PC as a Web server in Internet to publish real time monitoring information. Remote users do not use third party plug ins may be collected directly using your browser to view the implementation of surveillance. Applications and flexible to meet the needs of video application development.
