中药复脾汤对STZ大鼠胰腺保护的研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药复脾汤对STZ大鼠胰腺的影响,探讨从脾胃论治消渴病的机理。方法采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射制备糖尿病大鼠模型,将大鼠分为正常对照组、糖尿病模型组、西药美吡达对照组、正常给药组、预防给药组。观察各组大鼠的胰岛素和胰腺病理等指标的变化情况。结果在修复胰腺损伤及升高胰岛素上,复脾汤明显好于其他各组,预防组疗效更好(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论复脾汤对实验性大鼠有胰腺保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Fupi decoction on the pancreas of STZ rats and to study the pathogenesis of diabetes from the angle of spleen-stomach theory.Methods STZ was injected into the male Wistar Rats＇ abdomen to make diabetes＇ models.Rats were divided into control group,model group,Minidiab-treated group,normal treatment group and preventive group.An investigation on the exchange of insulin and pancreatic pathology was made.Results The two traditional Chinese medicine groups were superior to the other groups in repairing the pancreatic tissue and enhancing the plasma insulin.The preventive group was better（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusions Fupi decoction has good protective effect on injured pancreas of STZ rats.
