摘　　要：城市图书馆在市民终身教育中具有不可替代的作用为了更好地提升市民阅读素养,城市图书馆要加强文献资源建设,强化有针对性的服务,营造幽雅舒适的阅读环境,开展形式多样的读书活动和专题文献推介服务,努力培养市民的阅读兴趣与阅读习惯,提高市民的阅读能力。City library plays an irreplaceable role in the citizens＇ lifelong education. In order to promote the citizens＇ reading literacy, city library needs to strengthen the construction of literature resources, consolidate the pointed service, create the graceful humanity reading en- vironment, conduct various reading activities and present special documentary, so as to cultivate the citizens＇ reading interests and reading habits, and improve the citizens＇ reading ability.
