摘　　要：谷歌数字图书馆计划是搜索引擎向学术领域发展的一种商业模式。其推出不仅冲击了传统的版权法律体系,也对一国的图书馆行业以及文化产品贸易带来挑战。我国图书馆应顺应网络化的趋势,积极向数字图书馆转型。通过法律完善版权授权模式解决制约数字图书馆发展的制度瓶颈。Google＇s Digital Library Project presents a business model of search engine industry to the academic realm. As it put into practice, it brings tremendous impact on the traditional copyright system, national library industry and international cultural trade. Chinese library should take positive steps to the transition of digital library. It is necessary to complete copyright license model by laws in order to resolve the system bottleneck.
