摘 要:介绍了一种碳纳米管修饰电极的制备工艺,并对其电化学敏感性进行测试和分析。该工艺辅助聚合物聚酰亚胺,利用机械球磨、可控刻蚀等工艺,实现了碳纳米管的均一分布,露出碳纳米管的断口和缺陷。在玻碳电极上涂覆碳纳米管/聚酰亚胺复合膜,结合扫描电子显微镜观察,得到了可控、均一、稳定的电极界面。利用循环伏安法对电极进行性能测试,讨论了工艺对性能的影响,结果表明:该电极对溶液中的微量物质敏感,并且对电化学反应有催化和促进作用。A novel way of preparing carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrodes is introduced,and their electrochemical properties are tested and analyzed.With the help of polyimide,carbon nanotubes are dispersed homogeneously and cut short by mechanical ball milling.After etching process,ends and edges of many carbon nanotubes are exposed on the surface of the film and became the active sites of electrochemical reactions.The composite film of carbon nanotubes and polyimide,which is the interface of the carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode,is controllable,homogeneous and stable by the images from scanning electron microscope.The electrochemical performance of the carbon nanotubes modified electrode is tested by cyclic votammetry method.The results show that this type of electrodes are sensitive to trace substances and also have the function of electrocatalysis.
